Our People

Meet the Team Behind Your Remediation

This is a referral and advertising service, not a mold assessment or remediation company. We do not perform inspections, sampling, or remediation work ourselves. Instead, we operate the intake and coordination process that connects Jacksonville-area property owners with independent, licensed mold assessment and remediation companies in Northeast Florida.

Below are the coordination functions our team carries out on a typical inquiry, from the first phone call to confirming you were connected with the right professional. Named staff profiles and photos will be added to this page once the business has them ready to publish.

Roles

Who Does What on a Remediation Project

Intake coordination

This role takes the first call or estimate-request submission, gathers a plain-language description of what you are seeing, the property type, and how to reach you, and gets that information ready to hand off. This role does not diagnose mold, take samples, or determine a scope of work — it exists to capture accurate details so the right kind of local professional can be identified quickly.

Scoping advisor

This role reviews the details gathered at intake and helps match the request to an independent, licensed mold assessment or remediation company suited to the situation, whether that is a residential attic issue, a crawl space concern, or a commercial property. This role explains, in general terms, what an on-site visit from that company typically involves, without performing any assessment or remediation itself.

Scheduling and follow-up

This role coordinates timing between the property owner and the independent professional, confirms appointment details, and helps reschedule when access or timing changes. It also answers general questions about the process, service area, and what to expect, while directing property-specific technical questions to the licensed company handling the visit.

Quality follow-up

After a referral is made, this role checks in to confirm the connection was completed and to gather feedback on the experience. This role does not inspect completed work or verify remediation results, since that determination belongs to the licensed company that performed the work and, where applicable, any independent testing they arrange.

The roles below describe coordination and referral functions carried out by our office, not the licensed assessment or remediation technicians who actually perform work at your property. Those technicians are employed by the independent, licensed companies we connect you with, not by this website or its operator. Individual staff profiles will be added to this page once the business supplies them.

Our Standard

What Guides the Work

Clear about what we do

We are a referral and advertising service. Mold assessment, testing, and remediation work is performed by independent companies holding the applicable Florida licenses, not by this website or its staff.

Fast, accurate handoffs

We aim to gather enough plain-language detail up front that the professional you're connected with can plan a useful first visit rather than starting from scratch.

Plain-language communication

We explain the referral process and general service options in terms that do not require a construction or industry background to follow.

No overselling of credentials

We do not claim licenses, certifications, or hands-on remediation experience that belong to the independent companies we connect you with, and we encourage you to confirm any company's Florida licensure directly with them.

Call 904-792-8590 to talk through what you are seeing, or send the details through the form and a coordinator will connect you with a local mold remediation professional.
